Be very careful about phone scams! Microsoft or “Windows” department will NEVER call you on the phone. If you receive a call saying your computer is infected, and they want to “show you” on your computer, HANG UP! This scam has cost quite a few people a good deal of money, and even more headaches. Do not let them into your computer under any circumstances.
